Remembering Bill

A lovely afternoon at Marneys playing a special tribute to our MD, Bill Geldard, who died peacefully late last year.

Bill was one of the UK's most renowned trombonists and musical arrangers who had lived in Thames Ditton since the 1960s. Throughout his career he performed with some of the greats, like Frank Sinatra, Liza Minnelli, Sammy Davis Jr and Elton John. He remains with us when we play the music he loved.
